Spinach Balls

2 pkgs of chopped cooked spinach, drained or 4 frozen bxs.

2 cps of parmesan cheese

1 Lg. onion chpd

2 1/2 cps pepperidge farm herb stuffing mix

3 eggs beaten

3/4 cps  melted butter

1/2 tsp garlic salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Mix let stand for 30 min; shape into 1 inch balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 350 12-15 minutes. Yields 74 balls.  Enjoy
