Salome's Mac & Cheese with bacon

Ingredients (serves 10)
1 box of pasta 
8 cups of Mexican mix blend cheese ( you can use all cheddar if you like)
2 cups of sharp cheddar for the top
1 quart of heavy whipping cream 
1 egg
1 chopped onion fried in a pan until glazed
Salt
Cracked Pepper
Garlic salt

The first thing that I do is dice my raw bacon and cook it over medium-high heat until it’s cooked through. Once it is cooked, I aside.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish. Mix all ingredients with pasta. Once you seasoned it, then add the egg. You may not need all the cheese and cream, but you can adjust based on your liking. Boil noodles to al dente; otherwise, they will be too soft once baked. Bake uncovered, for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the top is brown.
