To Kill a Mockingbird

Some may think that they are too old to try new things. I have learned in my 68 years that it is never too late. I had the opportunity to work with a professional director to star in the famous story of "To Kill a Mockingbird". After eight straight weeks of rehearsal and more than 40 hours per week, the production went live. It was one of the best experiences of my life. So to that end, do not underestimate what you are capable of doing. I live each day with the idea that there is something new to learn. Spread your wings and try new things. Just because you have reached a certain age, that does not mean that you can't strive for new goals. My bucket list is unlimited.

Can you believe that I still only want to drive a stick shift auto? Shifting gears gives you a sense of control that you do not feel with an automatic.

Well, this is my good news for today. I am sure as tomorrow comes I will encounter another opportunity that I will indulge in to enlighten my horizon.
